Euro Has Increased by 0.24%
The euro rose by 0.24% today. The euro/dollar pair is trading at 1.18 level. The euro rose above the line of 1.19 on Thursday, which is the highest since January 2015. However, the currency lost 1.2% on Friday, as a strong report on employment in the non-agricultural sector of the US strengthened the US dollar.
German Industrial Orders fell by 1.1%. The confidence of investors in the Eurozone declined for a second month in a row in August to the lowest level in three months. The results of the Sentix Analytical Center survey showed that the investor confidence index fell to 27.7 in August. Analysts assumed that the figure would be 27.8.
