Shares’ Calmness, British CPI

US equities look almost motionless and some investors even assume that in the short term shares will drop. British Consumer Price Index turned out to be a disappointment. Inflation grew only 3%, core inflation were up 2.7%. Today, such officials as Janet Yellen (Fed Chair), Mario Draghi (ECB President), Mark Carney (BoE Governor) and Haruhiko Kuroda (BoJ Governor) took part at an event in Frankfurt. They talked about monetary policy, but everyone was very cautions, trying not to shake the market. Today’s US data will be PPI and API crude inventory data. Tomorrow, we’ll get EIA report.
