International Monetary Fund reduced its forecast about UK economic growth in 2017 to 1.6% due to Brexit issues. Its prior prognosis was 1.7%. In 2018, it expects growth to slow even more, to 1.5%. Fund’s head blames high inflation, weak Sterling and wage growth to be main drivers of such an assessment.
