Japan Liberal Democratic Party Ready To Be in Charge Of Fiscal Discipline
Fumio Kishida, head of policy for the ruling Liberal Democratic Party in Japan, stated that the government must unveil when it considers getting back to a primary budget surplus. Kishida explained that this is a vital tool of fiscal discipline, adding that Liberal Democratic Party should be the one who monitors this discipline. The government, in turn, promised to publish a fiscal discipline plan. But, some analysts aren’t convinced in devotion of Shinzo Abe’s administration.
